Driving Directions
1. Take CR-30 Northbound from 401, heading to Campbellford.
2. Turn right at lights in Campbellford onto Bridge Street (heading over the bridge).
3. Continue on Bridge Street East to the top of the hill.
4. Turn RIGHT onto CENTRE ST/CR-8. Continue to follow CR-8.
5. Turn RIGHT onto GREEN ACRES RD - this is the road just before you enter into Hoards Station. (Portions unpaved).
6. Turn RIGHT onto 2ND LINE E (Portions unpaved).
7. Turn LEFT onto WATER ST (Portions unpaved).
8. Turn LEFT onto RIVER RD EAST (Portions unpaved).

Just 15 minutes from Campbellford, Ontario in Northumberland - less than 2 hours from Toronto. Located between Lock 7 & 8. 13 Miles of good fishing and boating, etc.

This lovely 'SMOKE-FREE' 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, home on the Trent River awaits you. Accommodations for 6 with 1400 square feet of living space.

All modern amenities are provided:
- Master bedroom has queen-size bed, guest room has double.
- Large den has double futon-bed. All sleeping areas include bed linens.
- Spacious 4 piece bathroom includes towels.
- Eat-in kitchen (table seats 8) has full-size fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, cookware/tableware/glassware/utensils and outdoor propane bbq.
- Living area has DVD player, satellite TV, and board games for your enjoyment.
- Outdoor picnic table on deck and lounge chairs for dining/relaxing.
- 2 docks for fishing, swimming, or boating (boat launch available).
- Canoe provided at no extra cost. Outdoor fire pit for night-time relaxation and toasting marshmallows or fish fry (if you catch a big one!). Firewood not included.
- Boating tours available for up to 6 people on my pontoon boat at $40/hour. Why not take in some fishing, sightseeing or stop for an open-water swim (ladder on boat). Many unforgettable nature scenes to observe and fish to be caught.

Weekends - Friday to Sunday (3 full days, 2 nights) is $750.00. Early Check-In on Friday at 10:00am. Late Check-Out on Sunday at 4:00pm.

Weekly - Monday to Sunday (7 full days, six nights) is $1500.00. Early Check-In on Monday at 10:00am. Late Check-Out on Sunday at 4:00pm.
