From Toronto:

401 east to 115-35/take 115-35 North/35 to Lindsay. First set of lights in Lindsay, turn right (east) on Hwy 7/Go 1.5 km and turn left (north) on Hwy 36. First set of lights on 36 turn right (east) on Pigeon Lake Road/Road 17. Go 24 km and turn right (east) onto Colony Road. At the bottom of Colony Road, turn right into our driveway

Just under a two hour drive from Toronto's Pearson International Airport and operating on the west shore of Pigeon Lake; 10 km south of Bobcaygeon and a convenient boat ride to the locks in Bobcaygeon and Buckhorn.

With five models of houseboats to chose from including a luxury and executive model, there are accomodations for 6-10 people aboard.

Full marina services including on site marine mechanic, private mooring, overnight docking, travel lift, towing services, laundry, shower, water and electrical hookup.

Houseboats manufactured on site with features that have been adapted to suit the unique conditions that are specific to the Trent Severn Waterway (railed catwalk, flybridge, panoramic windows, 500 feet of deck)

Excellent service and training including dockside check-out and on board/hands-on instruction. We also are an accredited testing facility with the Canadian Coast Guard for the Pleasure Craft Operator card.

Seasonal Details...
Spring into the boating season by celebrating Mother's Day/Fishing Opening weekend on the water.

All boats are equipped with waterslides so you can "slide" into your summer and enjoy hours of fun on and in the water.

The colours of fall paint the shoreline with bold splashes of colour. Bring your binoculars so you can enjoy an up close few of the many migrating species of birds.
