Description: The park features a large sandy beach, boat launch, boating trailer parking, and docking area, as well as hiking trails, campsites, cottage rentals, picnic shelters, and a playground. Over 10 km of campground roads can be used for cycling. Canoe, kayak, and paddle boat rentals are also available.

Description: A great family camping experience located in the heart of the Kawarthas. The park features excellent fishing opportunities, hiking trails, campsites, two sandy beaches, picnic shelters, and a boat dock. Two boat launches provide easy access to Pigeon Lake. Canoes, kayaks, and pedal boats are available for rent throughout the summer.

Description: Islandview Resort's seasonal Trailer Park is a quiet family park with a friendly atmosphere. Potable water, hydro, and septic are available at each site. Kawartha Highlands Provincial Park106 Monck Street, Bancroft, ON
Description: The park is the largest single area of preserved land in Ontario, south of Algonquin Provincial Park. Its rugged rolling landscape along the southern edge of the Canadian Shield encompasses many small lakes, wetlands, forests, and rocky barrens that provide excellent wildlife viewing opportunities. Kawartha Highlands Provincial Park has over 100 backcountry campsites. Most sites have three tent pads, a designated fire ring, a picnic table, and a privy toilet. Campsites can only be reached by canoe and most require portaging to access them. There are no car campsites in the park. Two of the backcountry access points to the park are located north of Buckhorn and Burleigh Falls. The park includes a canoe/kayak route along Mississagua River that empties into Lower Buckhorn Lake.
