Facilities description...
One of our best features is the beautiful Otonabee River. Many visitors enjoy breathtaking sunsets and boat watching from the front lawn.

While on our front lawn you may see a game or two of horseshoes being played, or perhaps someone having a competitive game of shuffleboard. Often there are children playing frisbee, badminton or croquette.

Another feature that is enjoyed by all is our heated, in-ground, and covered pool. While there you can also enjoy our hot tub, or relax with friends on the deck. After a swim, feel free to visit our "Recreation Hall". It is actually a 140 year old barn that has been renovated into a recreation hall. One half of the barn functions as a meeting room which with tables and chairs are available for meetings, long weekend breakfasts, dinners, bingo, crafts. In the next room we have cards, darts, TV, games, library exchange, video games and billiards. If you have children/grandchildren with you they might enjoy our extensive playground area and swings. We also have a large pavilion where sing songs are planned for Sunday afternoons and many other special events.
