Driving Directions
By land from the South, take Highway 115/35 north off of the 401 towards Peterborough to the Airport Road exit. At the ramp stop sign turn right to Beardsmore Road (about 1000'), then turn left about 1 kilometer to Carolyn Street on your right use the 2nd driveway on your left and keep right. About a 30 minute drive from the 401.

By land from the North in Peterborough, take Landsdowne to Monaghan Road and turn south. Follow Monaghan Rd. under the Highway 7 overpass where it turns into Johnston Drive and continue to Carolyn Street on your left. We are the 2nd driveway on the left, enter and keep left to main office. About a 5 minute drive from Peterborough downtown.

By Land or Water, We invite You to stop by and enjoy these features of Our Marina / Resort atmosphere. - a secure floating dock system - accessories and groceries store - our "Bimini Cafe" with a short order menu - clean facilities - seasonal / transient dockage and camping - camping trailers and boat rentals - 15 and 30 amp hydro - fuel & pumpout services - a playground for the children - our goats will entertain & sometimes serenade you from our private island - weekend entertainment schedule (karaoke, bonfires, fishing events) - annual " T Bay Pig / Corn Roast " August 06, 2005 - romantically lite atmosphere surrounding our sheltered bay - a full service dept offering mechanical, upholstery, fiberglass and most emergency repairs - see the Deer feeding, and the Osprey nesting - excellent bass, pickerel, muskie & panfish fishing - several screened in picnic sites - Lock free down the river right intorice lake - family pets welcomed - summer / winter storage available. Camping Trailer / Boat Vacation packages are available for 2005 summer season starting May/14th - October/10th 2005 ( book early to avoid disappiontment )
