Driving Directions
From Hwy 401 travel north along Hwy 30 to Campbellford. At the stop lights, go straight through onto Queen St. (Cty Rd. 50) for 8 km to Woodland Estate on the west side. Approximately 2 hours north east of Toronto.

Woodland Estate is located along 2,200 feet of waterfront on Lake Seymour, part of the Trent Severn Waterway. Anglers enjoy abundant walleye, bass, muskie, bluegill and crappie just off shore.

Enjoy tranquil, unstructured holidays at Woodland Estate. We combine the hominess of a private cottage with the relaxed atmosphere of a summer resort.
